Dates to Remember
Feb 9 Minnesota Artist Registration opens on ZAPP
April 30 Updated Artist Registration Deadline
May 1 - 2 Jury process begins
May 3-4 Jury results emailed with contracts to Artists
May 15 Separate Registration Deadline for Outdoor Painting Competition
May 14 MRAF deadline for receipt of the Artists:
- Booth Fee
- Signed Contract
- Proof of Minnesota Sales Tax ID Number
June 1 Deadline for cancellation for Full Refund.
- Cancellation must be in writing, e-mails sufficient
- Artists cancelling will be replaced with waitlist artists
- AFTER THIS DATE NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
July 27 Outdoor Painting Competition Turn In – Separate Registration from Arts Fair (time to be announced)
July 27 Friday evening set up from 12pm to 6pm
July 28
- Saturday Early morning set up 7am to 10pm
- Saturday Fair Hours 10am to 6pm
July 29
- Sunday Fair hours 10 a.m. to 6 pm
- Sunday Tear Down 6pm to 8:30pm
